Procession of the Assumption of Mary

Procession with the statue of grace, annually on 14 August at 6 pm. The 'Ommeganck' starts at the cathedral. In rainy weather, the procession will be held inside the cathedral. This is followed by the celebration of the Eucharist of the Assumption of Mary around 7 pm.

Please note: the cathedral closes at 4 pm and the doors remain closed between 4 pm and 6.30 pm. The procession begins at 6 pm when the statue of the Virgin Mary is carried out.
