Refugee Slow Dating

In the cathedral, we take the opportunity to get to know refugees personally during the annual Refugee Slow Dating event. On Thursday evening, 26 March 2026, from 7 pm to 9 pm, we open the doors at Handschoenmarkt for individual introductions and personal conversations.

Specifically, the fifty tables and one hundred chairs in the cathedral will be occupied by fifty Antwerp residents and fifty refugees. A drink and other aids for conversation will be provided. A great atmosphere is guaranteed!
