Night of the Churches: 'All that lives'
The fourteenth edition of the Night of Churches will take place on Saturday, 9 August 2025. During this annual event, numerous Antwerp churches will open their doors in the evening between 7 pm and 11 pm. A unique opportunity to experience these beautiful buildings in a different way!

This year the focus is on creation - in all its richness and diversity. Be amazed by the symbolism of fauna and flora in the churches, and discover how these natural elements are linked to faith and spirituality. From painted animals to floral motifs in stained-glass windows - everything has a story.

Admission to the Night of Churches is free of charge. Between 7 pm and 11 pm, everyone is welcome to visit the cathedral for guided tours. A group will leave every 15 minutes at the side entrance at Groenplaats 21 (not at the main entrance). Please note: Free visits are not possible during this evening - only participation in a guided tour gives access.
