Te Deum

On Monday, July 21 2025 at 10 am, Bishop Johan Bonny of Antwerp presides over a short prayer service to celebrate the Belgian National Day.

An opportunity to pray for the well-being of our country and all its people, in the presence of the canons of the cathedral chapter, representatives of the civil, military and judicial authorities, veterans and patriotic associations.

This year, Their Royal Highnesses Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz will also attend the Te Deum. Before the Te Deum, H.R.H. Princess Astrid will inspect the troops at Handschoenmarkt from 9.50 am.
For security reasons, we ask visitors/public to be present at 9.40 am at the latest and to take their seats behind the guests.
