Opening expo Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament

On the occasion of its 600th anniversary, the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament is organising a small exhibition in the narthex in front of the chapel. The expo with special artworks will run in October and November 2025. On display will be, among others, the Golden Book, the Rubens robe and cope, a papal bull, a score by Peter Benoît, a monstrance and the newly restored God Lamp. The opening of the expo will take place on 3 October 2025 at 8 pm. Free entrance via the main entrance at Handschoenmarkt.

In October and November, entrance to the expo is free for residents of the province of Antwerp; other visitors pay the regular entrance fee to the cathedral.
